Looks like it’s discontinued. Rock auto doesn’t list it on their site anymore. TascaFord doesn’t have any on their site either.

Confirmed, the mas air flow sensor is shown as "obsolete" in our Ford parts catalog system.

Not on a stock setup.

Lightning MAF is 90mm and has no provision for an IAT sensor

MM MAF is 80mm and has a built in IAT sensor

isn't the marauder maf the same as the grand marquis 03-04? Maybe aftermarket it's an option.
