What's wrong with yours?
Sure it's not your BCM?

Check the wiring near it. My black melted part of the connection and I would have to wiggle it to make the blower work. I ended up splicing in a new pigtail to fix it. The blower still is the original.

Pretty sure. There’s no output at the vents no matter what the speed setting on the EATC is. Tapped on the motor a little bit to try n diagnose that. Nothing. Dead on site.

Unplug motor and run jumpers directly to the battery......if the motor is OK it will run on HIGH SPEED!!
If the motor is OK it's the BCM and it is repairable.......fastblackmerc has done may of them with GREAT results!!:bows::beer:

Pulled the motor and tested that. It runs.
So I suspect the BCM. Common failure is just that one solder joint ? What other points of failure should I be looking into. What about replacing the resister on the back side of the board ?
Thanks Ford... no serviceability what so ever. Ridiculous location.

It is a pain to R&R......re-soldering the transistor to the board usually fixes them......PM fastblackmerc....he's fixed a bunch of 'em!!

You need a very high temp solder iron to make a good repair.

You can try it. I use a 100W.

Pulled the BCM. It’s hard to tell just by looking at the back of the board what the problem is. The whole process was a pain. I’d love to slap the engineer that put it there. Anyways. AC and heater work again.
Want the bad one ? I know you repair and sell them

Just PM'd you.
Mine stopped working last night. Switched fuses and it worked. Swapped the original back in because it looked OK and still works now. Go figure ....
