Curious if it's possible and practical to put any type of supercharger on a motor with flat tops. I know what online calculators say, but has anyone done it? The stock pistons have barely any dish and i see guys run eatons on them all day. I have 99 cobra cams, which has to help with dynamic compression, so im wondering if i can get away with 6 psi or so. I always use 93 octane. Let me know your experiences.

I ran 12psi with flat tops. True flat tops, not the stock 3cc micro dish as per the Rauder. On the rich side with safe spark tables though.
If you don't plan on a lot of boost, that's a good combo and very streetable.

Intercooled i assume? What size pulley did u use to get 12 psi? Did you ever run it at a dragstrip?

13.5psi on a 100% stock motor for years without one problem.

3.0 upper/ stock lower

Stock 03/04 Cobra intercooler/heat exchanger (if you up the boost, the heat exchanger really needs to be upgraded).
Stock upper and a 4lb lower. Yes to the 1320. I believe it was mid 12's on Nitto NT555s
