Heater blows through vents only. AC also. Also seems to be pretty hot as thought temp control isn’t working.
Read some threads about EATCmodule but a lot of those were referring to heat through defrost only.
Any suggestions would be appreciated

Run the EATC self test, see if you get any errors.

Panel vent door hinge broken/stuck or the vacuum motor is bad. If the panel vent door is stuck open you will have little or no air from defrost or floor.
Note: This has nothing to do with the blend door or o-rings.

The Crown Vic sport that I just bought is doing exactly what the original poster car is doing. Where is this panel event door? Any idea where the cylinder is that operates it? The EATC makes all kinds of vacuum sounds in the Dash so I'm pretty sure the EATC is working just fine but default is to the vent
Right now I have all the dash vent closed trying to force the air to the defrost and floor since it is winter I've had the car about a week

Follow the blue vacuum line to the motor that operates the panel vent door. Be warned: Ford won't sell just the door, you have to buy the whole housing for like $250 and the dash needs to come out to replace it. May as well install a new blend door actuator while you're in there. Motorcraft only.
