Right behind the passenger side elbow, than i pulled off the inlet hose to the heater core, reversed it & cut an inch or two off of it, than I eliminated the tube on the passenger side of the block & capped off the outlet up front.

this would have also worked behind the block for a cleaner look.

I used these exact parts for all 4 ports on the top of the heads. Works perfectly. Great advice op. Thabks for posting. Ict has some great prices

This thing feels like it weighs 15 pounds...

I will be switching the washers and nuts but its a solid bushing that is forsure.

Livernois recomends routing the oil back down to the oil pan to avoid windage.

after looking at all the mods addressing this issue is the consensus that livernois' method is the best?

is the windage effect by rerouting to the block outweigh the con of having heat build up in the head?

quite a few different ways to do this mod from what I have seen. the pro's and cons of each not really gone in depth so much though.
