View Full Version : EGR Tube 3W3Z-9D477-BA

Marauder threw bank 1 lean, bank 2 lean codes. I drove it for a day that way then tried to start it yesterday morning. Engine would race then try to die without pumping the gas pedal, then repeat. Opened the hood, sprayed the CRC Sensor cleaner liberally on the MAF sensor. Then noticed the intake manifold end of my EGR tube was cracked in half. As a temp fix I taped the tube together and reassembled the air intake. The engine is back to running great. I see the EGR Tube has been discontinued by Ford. I would prefer to buy a Ford one, but what other alternatives do you recommend? If you have a 3W3Z-9D477-BA PM me please. And, did the engine run so poorly because of the broken open tube or was that a coincidence with the dirty MAF the culprit? Thanks...

Works here as well.

Either way you best wrap that well as that thin stuff has to get really HOT.
