Anyone have details on the spring and shock rates for the Motorcraft ASTL35? Says fleet option? Bought the car with original shocks and just discovered a cracked front spring. I'm wondering if it is a decent replacement until I ever save enough coin to do a Lifespeed Penske upgrade.

Car has ADCO bars (can tell by the mount spacer), but I haven't measured them yet to know if solid or tubular.

Go with Monroe Severe Duty shocks and struts. Good for the price and the ride. No KYB.

You're going to have to help me on the part number for the Monroe severe duty? I only see the Quick Strut and the Magnum Shock for the front on their website.

Go to RockAuto, it looks like they have the best price. Monroe Magnum # 550018. In addition, there is a discount code in the vendor's section.

Thanks. Magnum = severe duty. I will still need a set of springs since one is cracked. Does their "quick strut" use the magnum shock?

I've seen from a member here stating their MM sits high with the quick strut from Monroe.
