any fix for peeling up armrests?

Hello

checked over at crownvic nothing so far... how to reattach the arm rest to the door panel after it is peeling up on the edge? Looks like the arm rest is plastic welded/melted to the rest of the door panel and has three metal screws, drill out the melted plugs?

On the inside of the door panel, there is a little plastic tab that comes from the white bucket which hooks under the front. This breaks off all the time and will contribute to it lifting off. The only fix that I think could work for that is to drill and pin it.
