I think CARMOTORSPORTS used to carry a steering wheel cover. I don't know about the passenger side:

I don't need a cover, I have a scuff on the center of the wheel, on the air bag part.

I believe those are part of the air bag. Once destroyed in an accident, the new air bag has that cover.

^^^This^^^ is correct, you cannot replace the cover, it is the whole airbag assembly.

So are you looking for new air bags? You can find them on eBay or your local junkyard. Just contact the place and confirm that the interior paint code matches the MM. They made plenty of Grand Marquis with the same exact color steering wheel (the color is the same but the steering wheel itself is different. The MM's steering wheel is unique to the MM.) and air bag as the MM.

****, never taken them apart b4. I guess I do need the whole airbag if the cover stays attached.
