What’s up guys my mm is overheating it’s backing out of the overflow when I drive but at idol the temp is fine what could that be?

How long can you idle before it gets too warm/hot?
Do you smell any antifreeze?
See any leaks?
Any smoke out of the tailpipe when hot?
How many miles on it?
More details.....Will help us

No smoke from tail pipe it has 110xxx miles I’m not sure how long it takes to warm up but when it warms up it stays at the right temp
