Need help with vacuum hose

I need to know where these two vacuum hoses go .
they come out of the intake sere picyure.

One goes to the Vapor purge solenoid on the firewall the other goes to the FPRS on the fuel rail.

now I have a code 24 & 51 for the ac-heat
