If it has been sitting for this long, might need a tear down anyways. Gaskets tends to get hard and crack correct ?

Gaskets plus....because they 'forgot about it' certain valvesprings have been fully compressed for 15 years.
For 14K, I'd rather buy a 5.0 Coyote crate motor, save 6 grand, and make more power N/A.
Great buy if you wanted to restore/resurrect
an '03/'04 SVT Cobra.

13,900 nah....found a 1600 mile complete with trans and harness, pcm and cluster for 8K!!
how do ya forget you have a cobra motor...........FCK up!
