Tires are considered non traditional packaging and cost more to ship, unless you are a tire distributor and have a contract rate due to volume. I shipped 2 Nitto 555, 235-50-18 to MI from OH and it was close to $90..I had to eat it... don't expect a big discounted rate since not tirerack, discount tire, etc.

If you box them up it's cheaper than shipping them loose like the distributors do.

28 x 28 x 12 boxes can be hard to find.. but would fall into regular packaging so cheaper

Tire looks 50-60%. I don't think it is worth the freight to ship it out.

No I wasn't selling it, it was offeried free if you needed it. The shipping costs made it cost prohibitive This was Lowndex's rubber, and after photographing it, just wanted to manage the expectation. Glad you found new one. Much better option for the $.

At a glance there are a couple of places online that claim to have them in stock, but given their scarcity, never having patronized these sites before, and the apparent lack of a secure checkout process on the first link...I'd recommend calling first.
