To the lucky recipients of the 75 sets of Fender Badges we produced this time around, I thank you for buying them and wanted to let you know they've arrived.
I'm applying the double-sided tape and packing them up for everyone this weekend and will most likely ship to everyone on Monday or Tuesday.

Logan and Martyo,
If the group buy is closed, could either of you adjust the closing date on the ordering page.
The closing date there is stated as July 31, 2004.

Someone needs to convince Logan to do another run of these. Find enough folks to take at least 50 sets and I will get it set up.

Pete. The group buy was open until then or we were sold out. It clearly states on the page that they're sold out. Like Marty said, if 50 more folks pipe up, we can do another run...
I'm absolutely willing to get more done if there's enough interest. I'm certainly not going to sit on 50 sets of relatively expensive Fender badges just to please a couple folks though. That wouldn't be prudent...

[A]nyways hopefully you and Mac are in the black now with these.
Not that it matters, but Mac and I just broke even with the latest sales (honestly!). The items that we have made in the past were done for the love of teh car, the site and the members. I am doing mouse pads now and they are looking good and will be my contribution (yep you will get 'em free!) to the good people who attend Indy. Of course if you don't attend you will be able to buy them, but you won't get 'em free.
If we get another batch done of fender badges done, Mac and I plan on making some money and spending it very foolishly!

I was wondering when you were going to post about the mouse pads. I too have done things because its something I wanted and know others would want it too. Big kudos points for you guys sticking your necks out once again.

Also its 2.4831CM above the fender molding and 3.54318764086CM from the wheel well. And this needs to be percise.

DOH! Too late.
I was really wanting to place them forward of the wheel well for "historical accuracy", but the big a** side lamps are in the way. Soooo...
After much repositioning with scotch tape: 1.5" above fender molding and 1.5" forward of the door. I just layed down some blue painter's tape as a guide, cleaned the paint with alcohol, and stuck 'em on.
See what happens when there's no instructions?
Flag forward, right? No, I don't what to know. I'm going to bed now to sleep it off...

Mine are on and they look great. I put them both on the passenger mirror.
I just lined up the bottom point of the flag with the end of the "crease" or indentation in the molding, and placed something that was about 1" tall and a straightedge along the molding to guide by. It ain't that hard. Besides, it's all personal preference.
Wait - scratch that. I really want to go with the "stealth" look, so I'll redo it and put one under the hood and one in the trunk.

My sets were waiting for me last night.
I must say that the quality that went into these is very impressive !
I have a NEW pair of the old TURBO6 emblems from the 87 Buick Regal Grand National
and looking at them both you wouldn't know that the Marauder emblems weren't OEM.
Thanks to both Logan and Martyo for putting up with our demands and getting these manufactured for us.

Hi Logan,
I received my new badges in the mail yesterday and they look terrific.
I know it's personal preference but what way should the flag be positioned - towards the nose or the door? I kinda like MARAUDER then the flag when reading left to right. Of course on the wind flow logic side I guess the flag sshould be behind MARAUDER, blowing in the breeze. I want to be "MM family" accurate. Decisions, decisions...
Opinions?
Thanks,
Dave

I'm not certain if there are any left to be had. I had a set on my '04 before it got wrecked, and was fortunate to get a set from Black 04 in NJ right after I bought my blue '03; and to my knowledge, that may have been the last set around.
Anybody else know of a set sitting around anywhere? Speak up!

If I can get enough interest at 80 bucks a set (which includes shipping in the 51 US States), and I don't get kicked off of this site, I will consider doing another run.

Fordnut I have a new set for sale
I sold my 2003 Marauder for a 2007 Mustang GT/CS Convertable so I have a house full of MM goodies to sell.
I also have a completely rebuilt used set of QA1 shocks. They have about 30miles on them but have zero miles in the rebuild.

How come they had to be rebuilt so soon?
They had about 25,000 miles on them and 3 of the 4 shocks started leaking oil. They worked fine, just leaked oil. So I had them rebuilt.
Don't know why the leaked soo soon.
According to the QA1 dealer he said these shocks are working very hard.
Go figure?
