Sorry to see that. Someone was selling a complete interior here recently, might still be available. Any water in the engine? You might end up with a salvage title but if your mechanical I say try and fix it. If you don't want to someone here might.

My sympathies.
I once totaled a '94 T-bird in 4" of water. The under car wake blew water into the intake tract. Bent the rods.

Definately not the best decision driving through that much water
I would consider this an easy fix.

Some when in that situation can only think that they have to get through it.
Had several family members do the exact same thing.
Hope it all works out for you.

I've been in storms like that.....
EVERY inch of road has at least 2" of water covering it.
Can't tell 2 inches from 2 feet.
Without a 'leader car' out in front of you....you have no idea what's coming.
Sorry to hear about your Marauder.

glad you are ok, I'd try to salvage it before giving up, I've fixed much worse flood cars than that

OP, this car is not totaled.
Pull interior, clean & dry everything, open wining harnesses & clean/re-tape/loom, disconnect plugs, clean and fill with die-electric grease - reassemble.
1 or 2 weekends grunt work = done! No need to involve insurance or anything.

I'm sorry for your loss. Do you still have the foglight wiring available? Please PM me if you do!

You and me both. Spend a day taking the interior out, chase down everything that could get wet. Easy fix with LKQ Grand Marquis parts.

I could use the set of valve stem caps if you still have them.
