stock wheel stud length, good length for rear wheel spacers 1/2 inch?

redoing the rear end, while I am at it i ordered a bunch of new stuff.

looking to get some rear wheel spacers but trying to decide what wheel studs to get to have the right amount of length with a 1/2 inch spacer.

also any recomendations on spacers?

I ordered MOSER msr-8050 wheel studs awhile back, dont know if they will be long enough or if i need to order others.

make the rear tires look flush with the body and the slightly wider stance looks cool in my opinion.

also i had already bought the moser wheel studs and after looking at the stock 2006 axles the studs are longer, by atleast half an inch.

I was not sure if the marauder wheel studs are the same as all other panthers.

I would like to get widened rear wheels some day anyway.

Can widen stock Marauder rear wheels to 9.5 with no issue, aftermarket can go wider with correct offset so it won't interfere with rear shock. Just be Aware that if you push the sxce of wheel and tire out, if your rear air suspension fails and you lose air, then you will most likely have fender to wheel contact possibly causing body damage and tire damage

I only want to exten maximum 1/2 inch, 3/8 would be fine also I suspect.

I like the Eibach spacers. I just want to verify the length of my rear wheels studs as appropriate. for either 1/2 inch or 3/8 thick spacer.

the moser wheel studs are MSR-8050 7/16-20x2-7/8

I am installing brand new arnott bags and seals with a compressor rebuild. Hope that will offer a little insurance.

is there anything that can be done to prevent bottoming out?

I went with the monroe magnums because they have the 2oz and support spring.

For proper lug nut engagement you need the same in thread length as the diameter of the stud. So if it’s a 1/2” diameter stud you should have 1/2” of thread engagement after you’ve installed your spacer. Hopefully that makes sense.

To expand on this since the studs are 1/2-13, ie 13 threads per inch you want at least 6.5 turns of the lug nut before it gets to the point where you are really tightening it.
