What to get from an 05 Aviator?

I found an 05 Aviator and scored a set of DC heads but I wanted ask if there are other parts I should get? I have a block already so I'm not too concerned with that unless that one is something special.

The 2005 aviator has the possibility of having the same block that they made the Ford 4.6 Aluminator. The block will be stamped on the starter side, if you read up on that block Ford says that it's the strongest block ever made.
