Anyone install a Lokar dipstick and tube on their Marauder? They have a listing for 2v but not for 4v. Anyone try it? Does it fit and if so how accurate? I butchered mine when I put the headers in, now it's kinda hard getting it back in.

Yes, mine worked great. Only issue is the grommet at trans leaks so use a decent amount of quality sealant on it. Have to pull mine & reseal it.

I was actually referring to the engine dip stick, not trans.

I always cut the flange to clear the dipstick

Both my cars have em Serge. Just make sure you seat it in properly and fully, I'm pretty confident the reason the engine was blown on the black car when I picked it up is because the last owner didn't seat the dipstick in properly, it backed out (we found it 3/4 way out of the block) and it blew 4 quarts of oil out the hole.

I've had one on the red car since around 2011 with zero issues. Haven't had any issues on the black car now either.

Find me on hangouts if you need anything.

I have one in mine, it’s the same p/n as 2V. Works great!

I always cut the flange to clear the dipstick Same. Did it to the factory dip when I had the 4V apart, and reused the same piece when I did headers.
