C1790 B2477 AIR RIDE

had a bad parasitic drain of 1.5amp which turned out to be a burnt circuit board in the vaps/air ride module since I is powered al the time. now popping these codes?

ok c1790 is lr solenoid circuit failure. anybody have any spare solenoids? not sure why b2477 also popped.

need help don't understand this. put burnt original vaps/air ride mod in and no air ride code but has a vaps code and of course parasitic draw. wife said steering would get stiff and go away. think I got a bad module?

think I figured it out. new vaps/air ride module needs to be configured.

Are you sure you are not getting binding in the steering shaft U joint? I got a used module off Ebay for like $20-25. It's behind the glovebox, easy to get to.

no binding and yes that's where it is located. searched used nothing bought new. new must be configured. just have not got around to it. have a ford new generation star tester. soon as it cools down a little
