Took my car for a ride today for the first time in over a year. Drove around fine for an hour or so. Then it started to act like it was running out of gas. AFR gauge was showing lean as well. Going to check fuel pressure and all tomorrow. Just curious of the latest and greatest single pump to swap out the AEM320 with? Thanks as usual

Edit. I hit me. It’s not the pump, but I’d still like to know. I’ve always had good luck with Walbro pumps in my mustangs

Knock on wood but my Aeromotive 320’s are still flowing great. The original one is probably 9-10 years old now and quiet and I added a second one 6 years ago that sounded like it had sand in it right out of the box compared to my original but has held up perfect.

I also swapped to a return system when I added the second one and I had plenty of fuel to support my set up with room to grow.

I like the walbro 255. It’s tried and true with great reliability. I like them so much I run 2 of them :P

I started off with the Aeromotive 340 and it crapped out on me after 3 years or so. Not that many miles either.

IIRC the early aero 340's had a bad batch which lead to early failures. I've had mine since 2013 and its still working fine.

I don't think anything radical has hit the market that is a "must have"

What about the Walbro 400 and 450 high volume pumps?

Stop wasting your time hoping a single pump will deliver 100% of your fuel delivery needs.
Modify the hat, go dual everything and never touch the fuel system again

I purchased a 2001 fuel sender with return, then modified it to fit dual walboro 450s.

Before that I ran a single 450. When that wasn't a enough, I tried the new walboro hellcat pump, but still needed more fuel. Now with the dual 450s, I am good to go.

Not trying to achieve maximum power at the moment. For an instance I thought my pump was going bad so I was looking for a good replacement until I can upgrade my complete fuel system
