Weather stripping part numbers

Anyone have part numbers for the OEM weather stripping? Ford Parts and Tasca don't have the best parts diagrams. With Isabelle being 15 years old and spending lots of time in the sun, some of the weather stripping is starting to get hard and/or cracking. I'm thinking start with the piece that goes along the top of the doors and is attached to the body. Second would be the trim that goes around the rear windshield. I've seen universal replacements but the OEM pieces have a few distinct features.

I'm looking for p/n's for ALLLLL of the weather stripping as id like to slowly replace the soft goods.
