I was cleaning under the hood and I noticed what seems to be engine oil by the bottom of fuel injector #5(1st one on driver side front of engine). This is where the injector seats in he manifold. Is this a 0-Ring issue or am I looking at a bigger problem?

More than likely it's spillage from a previous oil change. It would take alot for oil to make its way that far up the intake track.
I've seen 1 extreme case where it did happen on a SCed engine

by the way, this is on my 05 crown vic lx sport. Forgot to mention that this started just happening. I had replaced fuel rails and fuel lines as my car has the edelbrock victor jr intake manifold. Everything was nice and clean 2 weeks ago. I go to inspect and wipe everything down last night and find that injector with brown fluid. where it seats. Does not smell like gas.
