Went to stop by my local bank earlier and had the car running while I went inside. Come back and the o/d light is flashing. Put it on the scanner 2 codes came up.

P1702
P0708

Only thing that makes me think that triggered this is bout a month ago July 27, my top buss bar broke right off from trying to squeeze the top clip in so my hids power terminals can fit in. I had no choice but to solder and order a used fuse box to see what’s inside. Well I opened the fuse box off a 09 crown Vic and see that there are 2 buss bar terminals and the one I need doesn’t look removable at all. I got 1 off which is the easy one.
If it is a voltage issue, would it cause these codes?

Those are transmission codes

Correct but I’m also concerned if the relays in the fuse box is messing with it.

you got a bad Trans Range sensor/ MLPS..

SymptomsSymptoms of the DTC P0708 include:

Check engine light
Erratic shifting
Engine fails to start
Limp Mode (limits the transmission to one forward gear)

Causes

Misadjusted or failed transmission range sensor / neutral safety switch / park/neutral position switch
Corroded, damaged or shorted wiring
Damaged connectors
Damaged shift linkage
ECU issue

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

P1702 FORD - Reverse Engagment Error

P1702 FORD Possible Causes

Faulty Transmission Range (TR) sensor
Transmission Range (TR) sensor harness is open or shorted
Transmission Range (TR) sensor circuit poor electrical connection
