Does anyone know how much voltage you should be getting at the fuel pump. Getting 9 volts at the pump and 12 volts at the enertia switch. What does the fuel module in the trunk do for the fuel pump?

it controls the pump voltage
at a warm stable idle it should be just over 6v

Update, After a few hundred dollars and alot of frustration, it turns out that when we removed the boost-a-pump from the equation the car started. From the wiring we ran into it seems it wasn't thought through very well. Previous owners had inserted the boost-a-pump between the enertia switch and the fuel pump driver module. Still trying to figure, if the fuel driver module controls voltage to the fuel pumps and reduces power based on pressure(resistance) at the pump, what good is a boost-a-pump which, as I understand, increases voltage to the pump. Inquring minds would like to know...

^^^ The BAP is suppose to go between the switch and the FPDM

If you Google it, there are quite a few wiring diagrams online that various people have made for BAP.

KB's website has a lot of info on the BAP.
