Are the front lower control arm rear bushings supposed to be slotted ?
I got sent one that has an oblong hole in it for the bolt hole where it is bolted to the lower control arm.
it might be were the caster adjustment is made, but i am not sure.

I just bought some new lower control arms and mine are slotted too. Just went to garage and checked. Manual says it’s for caster adjustments.

Thanks
My lower rear bushings were in bad shape, I could see through them. While I was waiting for my parts to get to me, I made a temporary repair to the bushings:
1. Put the car up on jack stands
2. Took the wheels off
3. Squirted windo-weld superfast urethane into the bushings

4. Let it sit for a few days
5. Put the wheels back on
6. Drives much better, seems a harsh on bumps but tracks like it is on rails.

Not sure how long it will last, but it is a temporary fix until I get all my parts.

There are 2 different rear style bushings with brackets... early 03 got a completely different diameter bushing than the 04... so if you order rear bushings make sure you have the right ones.
I just pulled apart a 03 last night and it had the larger ones...

Do you know the part number of the larger diameter bushing ?

I have been going around in circles with the bushing info, here is a link that talks about it.

A bushing talked about : 4W1Z-5A486-AB
has been replaced by another part number.

This full armature with bushings us hopefully the correct one for 2003.
