2005 Gran Marquis

My son has a gran marquis. When you put on defrost it does go to defrost be it is not strong like it should, t is also coming out of the VENT. When put to the floor it does go to the floor but also still comes out the vent. Does this sound like the VENT actuator?
Hopefully the dash does not have to come out.

Vacuum leak or ETAC O-rings if it uses same ETAC unit as MM, I'd say.

I believe it the same as the MM. thanks....just ordered O rings to start. Anyone else have more info on this?
