Should be polished with clear coat.
I personally don't have the patience most of the time, especially not when wheel guys will do it for reasonable prices.

So you're saying yes that professional polishers or powder coating shops can make these a polish finish? Wasnt sure due to it's current finish.

Most people do not realized they are painted from the factory.
If you coat them, they will look different than a coated, stock (polished) wheel.
The polishing rounds out the sharp edges of the spokes.
