It really only applies to the top 5-10% condition cars. You will still be able to buy clapped out 8 owner Marauders with 190k miles for $4k I’m sure.

That's good news....The Marauder is too nice of a car, and too rare, not to have its value increase.
It will be a collector's car another 10 years down the road.
