I was thinking that... my stock is bent. I was going to buy CV/GM Rear and switch out the 3.55. Is it that easy tho. Never work in the Rearend.
Is it doable for someone with decent mechanical skills... Or leave to a shop to swap

Is this the same car that couldn't be driven home after purchase due to the collapsed air suspension? Did you repair it?

Gear swap is not do it yourself if not experienced. Must be set up within a few thousands of an inch or it will make noise and burn up. Axle swap is surely doable
