id'n a 428 flexplate ??

back to my 66 XL, getting better. Is there a way to tell if the flexplate is for a 428 in a car that is fully assembled?? I can see some weights on the backside, barley, but not sure these are for neutral balance, or in proper location for a 428.

took a good look at my 68 LTD's smooth running 428 flexplate to use as ref for the 66 XL. You definitely can see the 3 weld marks where the weight is welded on. It is centered around 20 degree BTC.
