View Full Version : NOS Marauder upholstery
I stumbled across this set of NOS seat upholstery. I thought I’d share with you guys for purposes of documenting what these look like and what they sold for. While trying to trade off my NOS Roush seat covers (still available btw) a gentleman spoke up that he had a set in his garage that sat there since early 2004. He offered to sell it to me for $1200. Unsure of whether I’d ever see anything like this I wasted no time and paid for them immediately. The seller works for ford in the interior department and has for a very long time. He shipped the entire kit in the box it came from originally from the company that was subcontracted to make the samples. It can be said that these were never meant to be sold at all... rather used as a template. There are no ford part numbers or any other identifiable ford manufacturer numbers. I’ve attached photographs for your viewing pleasure. 508485084950850508515085250853 50854508555085650857

Pretty cool. Almost a shame to put it on any vehicle given it was a sample and now a part of Marauder history.

Being this old and wrapped up I’m surprised it didn’t dry up and crack at the folds.

It’s only a matter of time before this ends up on eBay for three times the price posted here.

I wonder if that company still has the designs to make the stamp for the god's head...
I’ve already reached out to the company about the Gods Head stamp. These will never be on eBay.

If they won't make or sell stamps, would they make more of that panel for us to buy? I worry about the god's head slowly getting 'unpressed' out of the leather.
My intent it to attempt to acquire the tool. If not I’ll ask about having them stamp leather.

What a super cool piece of history. Based on the dates shown and the fact that the seats do not have the 300A map pockets these appear to be the 2004 300B seat samples.
That’s pretty cool. I appreciate the info.
Nice score! Love it when that kind of thing happens
