You guys weren't kidding....Once you start to mod... you can't stop....I have and 03 Blk Marauder NA, that is going to get long tubes, but wasn't sure If i wanted to go cats or no cats. I have no intention of swapping out the existing exhaust just the headers.. Anyone have any input on pros and cons of cats or not? I am installing 410 and of course the Marty tune as we speak. Cold air intake of course....

Do you have state inspection? Cats generally required and in NJ they do check.

I went without cats for a year or so and I couldn’t take the stench.

No cats have horrible exhaust smell, just delete the 2nd set of cats, they are not monitored so no check engine light

SW LTs only have the one set of cats.

Since my car came with Kooks, didn't know if 2nd stock cat was left in or not.

If you don't get very good guilty cats they will burn up and be rattling in very short time.
