Hi guys. So been in Shelter in Place so long. Finally was out and opened my hood and noticed my sight shield was missing. Can only imagine that when I took it to Fremont Ford early this year or late last year, they must have took it off and never put it back on. I noticed the part number is the same as the Crown Vic and Grand marquis but that won't fly because the sticker has to be Marauder specific for smog here in California. What is the Marauder part number?

The only part number I see is 3W7Z-8C291-AB or AA. Both show Grand Marquis also. So is there a marauder specific one with the right sticker or do I get the sticker separate somewhere else?

Thanks.

The Marquis and Marauder 03-05 Should be the same they show Marauder and Marquis belt routings on the sticker.

"won't fly ... in California" or not, 3W7Z-8C291-AB is the correct part #.

And, Yes, it is shared with, and the same as, that for the Crown Victoria and Grand Marquis.

And, Yes, the part will have the "right sticker".

The difference is that U-shaped cut out on the left. The OEM didn't have that. I've looked at GM's and CV's and can't figure why it's there. On all three cars the radiator support is in the way for it to be of any use.

You may find a used one from a 03-5 GM in a junk yard. You can get the correct sticker from Ford. You will need to take your VIN in with you for Ford to get it.

Did older models have prop rods?

I'm looking at a picture of a used Marauder one and I don't see the Grand Marquis diagram. They must have combined the two and made it into one interchangeable part?

2003 300A I think had just a Marauder sticker. After that both engines were labeled on the stickers iirc.
