Driver's Side brake light black trim replacement?

My black MM04 has only the black trim on the driver side brake light damaged. Is there a way to replace the trim itself from a crown vic or do I have to replace the entire brake light? Any thoughts or info is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I think they are plastic welded to the tail light. I have a spare light if You're interested. Message Me.
