Are the Marauder calipers (both front and rear) the same as CV,GM calipers? Are they CVPI? Are they unique to the Marauder? I'm guessing CVPI, but like to know for sure before I start looking into replacements.
Is a rebuild kit worth the effort? Can you get to all the seals w/o specialized equipment or tools?

The rebuild kits are cheap unless you need to replace pistons.
The calipers are the same between Marauder / GM / CV.
Take a look at Rock Auto.
Sending you PM.

Eric I just rebuilt my rears for giggles using all Rock Auto parts. To remove the piston all you do is remove the bleeder screw stand on the caliper and give it one shot of compressed air and the piston pops out scary FAST. (Hence why I say stand on it so it doesn’t take flight)
New pistons come with the one and only seal. Super easy.

I rebuilt all the callipers on my 03 marauder. Got seal kits from rock auto. Was my 1st time rebuilding brake callipers. As for specialized equipment, I used a cheap bead blasting cabinet to clean them up for painting and a blow gun with a sealed rubber tip to blow out the pistons and those require an air compressor. A bench grinder with a wire wheel is nice to clean up the sliding pins too. I used some silicone brake lubricant on those pins as well which I had to buy. All in all pretty easy job but I have a lot of tools and half decent shop to do it in.
