Looks to be a super clean low mileage car at a fair price

Fair? That is a great price. I need these cars to sell higher so that all our Marauders are worth more.

?
My ‘03 is an early build and is in pristine condition. Never once a paint flaw or mechanical issue, besides one soft axle, good riddens on both IMO.. I yanked the original engine out at 92,000 (50,000 of that boosted) with perfect compression and shiny silver aluminum behind the timing cover!
I’ve driven mine quite hard but never abused and I’ve taken extremely good care of her since purchased both mechanically and body wise.

Mine is # 187 and my paint is showing some issues. No issues thus far with soft axles. Mechanically runs well. Pedal issues were all years. Bumper sag is all years. Ticking valvetrain is all years. What am I forgetting that seems relatively common?

Don’t know? 4 thread heads?
Mine are original with oversized valves and 26#s of boost currently at 112,000 miles or so and never once blew a plug out. Oh yeah, I don’t torque them either, some things in life are best off “by feel” IMO.
If you ask me ‘03’s were the BEST year to own. I could never own a Marauder now without seat pockets! LOL And to delete the auto fuel door release? Gay. No traction control BS either. One less thing for me to delete! Although, it would be handy to finally use the auto parking brake release now that I use the brake, but no more auto shifter rules that out. Hmm. I wonder if I could bring that back on line using a simple added brake light switch... [emoji848]

What do you put in seat pockets? Never use mine. Never use the E-brake either. I used to use reverse in the 5-speed Escort wagon we had. Miss that little car. Run the crap out of it and if it broke it was easy to fix, cheap as well. Hate the TC on Ms D's SB. Never use cruise control. Find I get better gas mileage using my foot and a little anticipation. Hate the nannies. 04's lost the sunglasses holder, so stupid.

You can’t forget about soft brakes for the 03’s. If you’ve driven a 2004 than you know what I’m talking about

wasnt there also a head issue with the plugs blowing out on 03s ? and also planetary issue with the 4r70. the 4r75 had quite a few updates for 04. is that correct ?

Plugs blowing out have more to do with people over torqueing them rather than a factory issue. The 4r75 was beefed up for '04, but not sure if many people had an issue with the 70 who kept their cars basically stock.

Had a 300A, 480 RWHP, no problems with Plugs or transmission @ 90K. Trilogy Supercharger , Cold Air Kit, Lighting MAF, Marty Tune.

Same. Retired the perfectly good auto at 92,000, half of that was boosted.
I’ve driven a lot of Marauders over the years and never felt a difference in the brakes between years. Probably more to do with whatever pads were being used and coincidence.

Hang on a second, Quickbob, you're running 26 lbs of boost? I thought these motors shouldn't go over like 10, even as a built motor. That's wild

His engine is not stock Marauder. It's a lower compression which is how he can run the higher boost pressure.
