Oil Pan Removal

I want to change the oil pan gasket and clean out the oil pan as well as the oil pump pick up tube...Probably figure the engine needs raised a lil bit but just for ***** n giggles is there a way to remove it without lifting the engine completely out?

It only needs to come up 2-3 inches
