drivers side valve cover removal

Hey all! Balls deep into the engine bay. I spent a few minutes searching around this forum and the web but everyone seems focused on the passenger side cover. For the drivers side, do I need to remove the booster to get the cover off, or should I remove the upper intake?

Neither, unbolt the engine mount from the cross member, tilt the engine a little.

Remove the wiper trans cowl and little bracket to firewall. Lifts right out.

unbolting the mount is what the service data suggests as 03Merc reccomended

No need to mess with the motor mount when pulling the drivers side
