Hey Guys,

Got an '03 I've rebuilt , adding a JT-V7 supercharger....lots of work, but great fun. Got the the kit from ADTR in So. Cal. - Chris (the man there) has been great helping.

BUT... there is a coolant hose, about 7 inches; not the large upper radiator, or the long lower radiator , but the short one that goes from the thermostat housing to the port entry near the PS fluid pump. It has a stretched out "S"shape to it

Any idea how/where to get one or make one?

This could be it, or match it up to a hose at a local auto parts store.

Do you know if the hose in the pic you sent is 1.5 inch ID....I found one that was 1.25 ID. No bueno.

Mine blew out a few months ago. I was able to find a hose that had a section that would work at my local Napa.
Napa #8349. Make sure you take the spring out of the old hose and put it in the new one.

Had the same issue. Advanced Auto Parts has a Dayco E72103 hose the is the correct diameter and one end has the correct bends. As stated, reuse the old spring.

Dayco P/N: E72103 is the lower radiator hose for a 2004 Lexus GS300.

I just finished rebuilding the cooling system. New hoses, clamps, flush, new antifreeze, new Reisch Performance 170 degree thermostat, new crossover tube O-rings.

FYI here are the hoses that I used:

Lower radiator to thermostat housing - Gates 22812
Crossover to top of radiator - Gates 22810
Crossover to thermostat housing - Dayco C70986
Oil cooler to thermostat housing - Dayco E72103 (you will only need a portion of this hose)

I do have a MartyO tune that is adjusted per Reisch Performance instructions.
