2003+ CVLX/MGM front bench seat

I am sorta/definitely in the market for new seats for the P7B. The cop buckets just aren't going to cut it long term, and new seats will give me the excuse to put full carpet in this thing.

Criteria:
CLEAN CONDITION
dark charcoal colored
CVLX or MGM GS/LS-grade (probably won't consider LTC but you never know)
50/50 bench (no LX Sport/Marauder stuff)
2003 or newer only, prefer something that is a plug and play with the 2010 but not necessary
manual-adjust passenger seat preferred, but will buy electric and convert to manual for the right deal
cloth preferred, but leather is okay
within 3ish hours of 44077 and already removed from a vehicle, PLEASE - or easily removed
