Looking at buying back my original 03 from the second owner with slight mods or another bone stocker. Same $$. Thoughts?

Are they mods that you would do also? If so, you could be money ahead assuming they are in the same condition. I personally would buy the one that is in the best condition.

In my opinion: Bone stock only has value if the car is super low mileage...other than that, it's going to cost you to get to the state of play so many of us call "normal."

Exactly. You’ll repurchase the car 1, 2, or even 3 or more times over depending on mods. Very few are actually raced and these cars cost a small fortune to transform.

I for one gave up on receipts and totals a LONG time ago!
