It's all stock no mods whatsoever it has stock tire sizes and I like that staggered look

If you have traction control you have to maintain a 3-6% diameter difference or T/C will activate. Tell the tire guy to pound salt. I would go elsewhere. OEM sizes for stock car..235-50-18,245-55-18

I think you answered your own question. You don’t like it so don’t settle with it! I think it looks awful. Just my opinion.

If you have an ‘04 then it will trigger the traction control and look dumb. If you have an ‘03 it will be fine doing that but look dumb.

There are discount tire shops in las vegas. They'll have options for you

Remember, half of the 03's had traction control. So 03B's and 04's you'll need to maintain a proper stagger.

I ran 245/50's all around on my 03A simply because I cared more about tire life doing rotations versus maintaining the stagger. That car was just a beater so I didn't really care.

I put the same sized front and rear tire on my wife's car many years ago and instantly regretted my decision. Within a few months I put the correct sized tires back on it.

Tire rack has the Coopers and Continentals in stock sizes.

I remember many years ago going to Big O Tires and having some new tires put on. I told them about the tire size difference. But then they called me and said I must have a bad aftermarket tune because the car drove like crap. Then I said, did you put the front tires on the back and the back on the front by mistake? The traction control was going crazy with the wrong tires in the wrong place. They quickly corrected the problem and the car ran fine after that.

If your marauder has traction control and yet you still want to have all tire be the same size you can solve your problem by replacing the ABS module from one that doesn't have traction control, but that's down grading to me.

Does your fuel door open with an electric button on drivers door or a finger pull directly on the fuel door?

old school round fuel door on drivers side with finger pull protrusion!:)
There is a funky keyed trunk release push button on the driver inside door.

You have an 03 "B"

There are other factors to determine if you have an A pr or a B

OK, since it is an 03 B, according to above I will need to maintain correct stagger between the rear and front wheels.
What is that , or maybe, what are the stagger limits?
Thanks - I'm holding off buying tires until I understand. No biggie - were still up on the stands.

Dude, you've been on this site for such a long time. Why post this misinformation?? Look at the confusion you caused later in this thread.

The staggered wheel sizes has nothing to do with '03 vs '04. It has nothing to do with '03A vs '03B.

It has only to do with traction control. The only question that needs to be asked is "does your MM have taction control?"

If YES, then staggered is required - all 4 the same size is not an option.

If NO, then staggered is optional - you could go staggered if you want, or all the same if you want.

It's that simple. Quit confusing folks.

Thanks MBB,

So if it is above 3% am I good?
Or does it have to be between 3 and 6 % wrt tire diameter difference?

Many thanks

The difference must be between 3% and 6% (personally I believe the range to be tighter than that... 3%-5%)

Some people run 235-50-18 and 255-55-18 which is 6.2% and is fine. 51577
