The Marauder did OK on snow-covered PA back roads yesterday, much better than I thought it would. There were several inches of crunchy stuff and it pullled up the first hill without spinning at all. Even went up my steep driveway when I got home. Not the nightmare I was expecting.
My dad had a T-Bird Turbo Coupe, with Goodyear Eagles on it. In snow that thing had all the traction of an air-hockey puck....

Mark a friend of mine had the Goodyear Eagles on a Mark VIII and that car was a joke in the snow. I think the MM BFG's will do well. I have not had the oportunity to drive the MM in snow yet. Thanks for the feedback!

I haven't really taken her out in a "good" snow, but what I did drive in, she didn't do bad. People just gotta remember to take it easy in changing weather conditions! Only one time did she freak me out. I was changing highways (370 to 70) and coming up the on ramp is banked. Snow was melting on the side, which made the fast lane wet. I hit the turn at about 60-65 (not a tough turn, dry it's usually taken at 70) and the rear end hop to the left a tad and caught. Talk about almost leaving a **** in your pants!

LOL, don't feel bad, I'm having the same problems!
Had me worried too! Have not had much snow in Chicagoland so far (Knock on wood) but what we did get it, it work well. :P

Snow...This stuff can stop any time, We got spoiled last winter with hardly any, this year over 5 feet of the stuff and it is supposed to snow all week. OK so now how does the MM run in this, not great but it has made be drive with a little more common sense. All you have to do is see one or two cars into the ditches or guardrails and you know it's slippery. I wish this one had traction control (bought it too early) but I'll make the best of it and just wait for that first robin sighting.
