Well had new tune on 4/29/21 and found out basically My previous numbers did a swap --meaning my HP became my new TQ and my TQ new HP...yep..not what you expect nor want to happen in most cases......but it is believed to be caused from old parts ..and quite frankly cant blame the outcome cause of it---it really is to be expected--I think--anyway here is the story---

Last tune put out numbers of 460HP/400TQ --this time around ,having been running really rich
it did 400/465---WTF

Well over and over when reaching peak it bottomed out ---- My tuner says the alternator, fuel pump, wait for it --all OEM---need updating --dug--no doubt--and he believes the PI Tq converter installed 18 years ago may need replacement-

So will have that done and retuned and the story will pick up from this point forward for those interested.

Tom give Marty a call and run this past him. He might have an idea that would cost less than throwing parts at it to find out that isn't the issue. Worth the phone call at a minimum.

I believe that's his tuner.

Actually I have new tuner 5 miles from home--too costly to Alt. when need to have things checked and phone calls are seldom answered by Jeff-- and Marty prefers I talk to him it seemed --just easier to be local and my new tuner is very satisfactory that's is all that matters.

Thanks to my friends I have ordered a new alternator as suggested --now to find a single fuel pump around 400 L per hour that will fit in the tank..... thanks

Appreciate all your info help --

Are the dynos set to the same parameters?

Smoothing, SAE/STD, etc.

If the dynos are 100 percent the same my first guess would be a boost leak, Check your piping and the connectors.

Walbro makes a 400lph and a 450lph single pump. I believe the 450 is what Dodge uses in the hellcat?
