1st the brakes stop the car as expected, although the pedal movement is "odd" to me. But, not all machinery "feels" the same. Different cars are well, different, so to are, airplanes, forklifts, etc. I just bought my 2004 TC, and I am getting used to how things feel.

My issue is with me applying the brake and simultaneously pressing the on the Gas pedal. I am 74, have operated dozens of vehicles, and never experienced this before. Therefore, I think perhaps it is something about these cars.

Of course, lifting my foot off the floor and moving it f-a-r to the left, f-a-r away from the Gas pedal, then putting it back down before pressing the brake pedal eliminates the problem. But, somehow, that does not feel natural, and in a "panic" stop, I revert to my normal method. Normal meaning lifting the ball of my foot off the Gas while simultaneously pivoting my foot to the left and pressing the Brake, at the same time leaving my heel still on the floor.

Don't recall anyone having this issue. Are you trying to do heel/toe racing type driving or are your feet really big? I taught myself how to left foot brake many years ago so that solved driving automatics. Wonder if I can remember how to drive a manual? :)

Practically EVERYONE who drove mine when it was an automatic managed to give it half throttle when braking! (Non Marauder owners of course) More so when trying to shift out of park, then they’d learn not to do that again.. I chucked it up as fat feet? I wear a slim/medium 12 and never once have done it??

Since I’ve cut the brake pedal down for the manual no ones done it again.

I own a 03 CV sport I have the same problem I have owned CV and TC my 06 TC I do that same hit gas and brake same time now I notice the Mm Cv and Mm pedals are closer than my wife’s Yukon. The closest gas brake pedal are on my BMW 750. When I drive the CV a lot I get use to the closeness of the pedals but when I switch from different models the problem of the close pedals jump out at me

I have EEE Feet and have owned many Italian Sports Cars... And only have this problem in the Marauder or CVSport.

Try moving the pedals closer and or farther (not further) away and see if that helps?
