Airbag light

Getting a Code 19 on Ms. D's SB. I looked it up, but explanation is fairly nebulous. Anyone have any experience with this code and what did you do to resolve it?

Driver side fault, could be a clock spring, wheel bag, seat bag, pretensioner for the belt, would need to put a scan tool on it to test the individual modules and connections
