Hi Guys ,
I have a 44,000 mile black Marauder bought new in 3/03 with all of the original hoses . I'm taking it on a 2,500 mile road trip this summer and figured it to be wise to replace the hoses . I saw the thread about where to buy the correct radiator hoses . How many other hoses are on this car and where do I find them ? (I see the 2 small hoses to the throttle body , 2 to the heater and 1 on the P/S side front of the engine )

Try RockAuto, sponsor here, use discount code. Some you can find at your local Ford or Flaps. The remaining you will need to invent from other hoses that match the bend pattern of the original.

You're not going to find every hose you need, specifically the one that runs from the crossover tube to the thermostat. Rockauto suggests a universal flexy/bendy hose instead. The original hose is long NLA from Ford.
You're better off keeping what you have now with such a low mile car unless they're swollen or have abrasions. If you do want to replace things, the lower radiator hose is available as is the upper, but the one that goes from the block to the thermostat housing was a bit small, I had to really stretch it to fit when I did this job on my 03 Marauder a couple years ago.
My advice, flush the coolant out, fill with fresh stuff, and go have a drive.

If you can wait until I get back into work I'll post all the P/N's for the hoses, etc.

Well , the job is done and the trip went fine for the most part . I will say that the 2 hoses behind the P/S valve cover SUCKED to get to !!! While everything was apart I also changed the water pump with a new Ford unit , and also changed the belt tensioner as it was occasionally making noise . 1 of the heater hoses was readily available and the other had to be created from a 5' piece of hose with 3/4" on one end and 5/8" on the other .

Next time around pop the wiper cowl assembly off. It’s pretty much step one of a number of things to make easier.
