There will be a day I will have to rebuild my motor. I was thinking mmr street 4.6 rotating assembly internal balanced and assembled at RAD 80 Ravenwood Drive Ludlow, MA 01056 Would there be any hp gains with a internal balanced 4.6 Rotating assembly or would the money spent be benefited elsewhere ? TKS .

I was under the impression that modulars are already internally balanced?

Why not have mmr assemble the block?

MMR has a very hit or miss history, I'd think twice before having them assemble an engine. Buying hard parts you'd probably be okay.
Also, you're not really going to gain any power just from putting a forged rotating assembly in. Even the factory setup is "balanced", they're all balanced to each other. If you want to do a refresh and at the same time make power, either do a little more bore or a little more stroke.
I'd suggest thumbing thru modfords for info https://www.modularfords.com/forums/
