I've seen that before...still amazing though.

Very good driver...

Good PIT manuvering by the police though too. Very good. Just took a couple times.

When he gets out of jail, the stunt car driver's association should be looking for him. Some incredible recoveries on those spin outs. Forward and Reverse.

Geez...what they said...

BUT. Had to been a V6 as the Vics had no trouble coming along side, and a good thing too, as that fellow was a maniac!

Yeah, V6 was what I was thinking too.

I think it was all due to the big a** rear wing self-righting the car.

I'm just glad they got him and the Mustang didn't wind up going up over the side of the bridge. Too many bad things could have happened.

Not really giving away any secrets that the bad guys don't already know. The PIT works by driving the rear wheels backward when the car spins, stalling the engine. If you push in the clutch, or slip it into neutral on an automatic, it won't stall. Turn the wheel, spin it back forward and then back in drive, or let the clutch out, and you can continue on. I would assume that's what what was happening there. On someone who isn't ready for it, it's very effective.
