TEXAS Marauders headed to MVII on Thursday

Pulling out of the parking lot at 0400 on 29JUL04 (that's 4:00am on July 29, 2004). Running straight through to Indy. Welcome to join us if you'd like- low key trip (70-75mph). Why Sanger? I wanted something north of the 35W and 35E merge so there wouldn't be any backtracking for Dallas or Fort Worth folks. I know Maury and the Nowlins will already be in St. Louis by then but didn't know everyone else's plans. South Texas folks- does this fit anybody?- love to have y'all.

Not a clue, Sir. It might just be me and Logan (or maybe just me and the wife). I figured I'd draw a line in the dirt and say here's where I'll be and let folks join me if they are inclined. I think a lot of people are inclined to leave earlier in the week but I can't swing that.

Sadly, yes....I'm up at 3:45 during the week for my 62 mile one way work commute. I also don't believe you Dan- there's probably a couple of "stay up past 4:00am nights" in your recent past... :D

Buckwheat and I are leaving Ft. Worth Tuesday morning (time to be set this week) I-35 /I-44 to St Louis---overnight and on to Indy on Wednesday via I-70 (I think that is right) Could adjust departure from St Louis to meet with anyone enroute thru St Louis or joining I-70 enroute to Indy---let us know--the more the merrier, Maury

I'm not planning to stop,just strait threw,about 18 hours.
My wife is in Indy now,she drove it with the kids on Sunday.
